Philanthropy is a very personal decision and each gift made through ACT can be tailored to address both the financial issues and the charitable intentions of the donor and his/her family. Gifts to ACT are tax-deductible The Adirondack Community Trust is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, publicly supported organization serving the Adirondack Region and beyond. Contributions are fully deductible to the extent permitted by law. A copy of our current financial statement is available by calling the ACT office at (518)-523-9904. Documents and information submitted to the State of New York are available from the Office of the Secretary of State for the cost of copying and postage.
