Welcome to the Adirondack Community Trust. ACT builds and manages charitable funds created by individuals, families, groups, organizations, and institutions to improve the quality of life in the Adirondack region. Grants from these funds are awarded at the suggestion of our fundholders and in a small number of cases through a competitive process managed by ACT. ACT works regionally to spark philanthropy, increase its effectiveness, and fuel its growth to strengthen the Adirondacks
